Parade Registration
ENTRY DEADLINE: OCTOBER 5TH 2025
Route Starts: Turner High School North parking lot Ends: North 55th St. on Inland Drive
Trophy presentation will follow the parade at the main stage at Steineger Field at 1:30PM.
Trophy Categories: Best Elementary, Best Secondary school, Best Vehicle, Most spirit, Chairman trophy.
Parade Participant Guidelines & Liability Waiver
Safety & Participant Return: Each entry is responsible for arranging safe transportation for their participants back to a designated pick-up location, preferably the original parade line-up area or Pierson Park. Absolutely no stopping or unloading from floats at the end of the parade route will be permitted. Doing so disrupts the flow of the event and poses serious safety risks.
Strictly Prohibited:
• Throwing candy or other items from moving vehicles is a safety hazard and is not allowed under any circumstances.
• ATVs and four-wheelers are not permitted in the parade lineup or route.
Release & Waiver of Liability
By signing below, I acknowledge that I, my organization, and all participants involved—along with our heirs, executors, administrators, or any other party acting on our behalf—do hereby waive, release, discharge, and agree not to bring any claim against Turner USD 202, the Turner Recreation Commission, the Turner Days Committee, or any of their employees, agents, or representatives for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Turner Days Parade.
Additional Acknowledgements:
• Minor participants will only be allowed with a parent or legal guardian’s signature.
• I agree to provide full insurance coverage for any vehicle(s) used by myself or my organization in connection with this event.
• I understand that disorderly behavior by myself or anyone in my group is grounds for immediate removal from the parade.
