Turner Days Vendor Rules & Guidelines

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees, the following rules will be strictly enforced during the Turner Days Festival:

  1. Prohibited Items: Weapons, firearms, explosives, controlled substances (including drugs, alcohol, or replicas thereof) are strictly prohibited. These items may not be sold, consumed, carried, or used on event grounds.
  2. Restricted Transportation Devices: Bicycles, skateboards, scooters, and other unauthorized vehicles are not allowed on event premises.
  3. Behavior Expectations: Disruptive, dangerous, or inappropriate behavior by individuals or groups may result in removal from the premises. Refusal to comply will result in security escort.
  4. Safety Authority: Committee chairs have the authority to remove any individual, group, or activity they deem unsafe or inappropriate within their assigned area of responsibility.
  5. Prohibited Merchandise: Vendors are not permitted to sell or display merchandise that promotes alcohol, drugs, violence, sexual content, profanity, racism, gang affiliation, or otherwise inappropriate or offensive content. Note: If you're unsure whether an item is allowed, please contact Tammy Wake at (913) 991-3736 before the event.
  6. Food Vendor Requirements: All food booths and trucks must provide proof of a valid food license or a completed food safety course.
  7. Refund Policy: All registrations are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Please Remember:
Turner Days is a family-friendly, community-centered event held on Turner USD 202 property. All activities, merchandise, and conduct should reflect a safe, respectful environment.
Violations of these policies may result in immediate removal without refund.

The Turner Days Committee reserves the right to prohibit the sale or display of any item deemed inappropriate.

By registering, vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Turner Days Committee, Turner Recreation Commission, and Turner USD 202 (including its employees and agents) from any claims arising from participation, including damage or injury related to equipment or booth operation.
